Return/Exchange/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Regina’s is fully committed to your satisfaction, we may require your patience and involvement to investigate any issue with food or damaged items. Any candy purchase is not guaranteed a refund or exchange until further investigation is complete.

Non-food purchases are eligible for returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

We do NOT recommend shipping during the summer months or when temperatures are higher on the recipients end. Regina’s does NOT guarantee candy when shipped. We can however, assure you, when it leaves our shop it will be packaged as it should to preserve freshness and appearance.

You may consider the following actions to avoid issues with food items when shipping.

  • Current weather conditions (recipient & sender’s locations)

  • Destination of the parcel

  • Placing your order on an early date to ensure a timely delivery especially for any special occasions.

Due to the fact that we have to outsource our shipping program through companies not managed by Regina’s, Ground shipping and Priority Mail arrival dates are estimated by zone. You will be provided a tracking number which is included in your shipment confirmation email.
